17/4 Approve the minutes of the previous meeting
17/5 Clerk’s Report
17/6 Vending shop
A survey of the village was conducted to find out whether there
is a demand for a Speedy Shop. Results and next steps to be discussed.
17/7 Payments
The subscription to DALC, £97.62, is due.
Electricity to the telephone box: as invoiced.
17/8 Mowing
At the last meeting (16/59) it was agreed to review the regime for
mowing the burial ground.
17/9 Burial ground walls
Councillor Baker to report on current status.
17/10 Allocation of £2,000 gift to the council
In June 2016 the parish council was gifted £2,000 to be spent
"as it saw fit." Council to decide next steps.
17/11 Additional grit bins
At the last Meeting (16/64) acquiring a salt spreader was put on hold
and the members will discuss the need for more grit bins.
17/12 Acquisition of a voice recorder
Authorisation for £60 is sought by the clerk to purchase a voice recorder
to assist in the production of meeting minutes.
17/13 Visit by Derbyshire's Police Commissioner
Discuss the offer by the Police Commissioner, Hardyal Dhindsa, to meet
and talk to the parish.
17/14 Internal Audit
The clerk requests up to £200 for a one-off professional internal audit.
17/15 Clarification of Standing Order relating to Councillors holding
Church Office
